Grooved soft-sealing gate valve introducted the European high-tech rubber technology, overicoming the rubberaging and rust. This kind of valve using the elastic deformation of flexible disc compensation function to achieve good sealing effect.

Groove soft-sealing gate valve are light in weight, whose body was made of advanced ductile cast iron. Compared with traditional gate valves, its weight reduce about 20% -30%,, so it is easy in installation and maintenance. Traditional gate valves often have debris deposition in the grooves in the bottom of the valves after washing the pipe, such as stone, wood, cement, iron filings and other debris, therefore the valves are always couldn't be closed tightly, then there will be water leakage phenomenon.. But Groove soft-sealing gate valves adopts the same flat bottom design as the pipe, which is not easy to cause debris deposition, making the flow unimpeded.
