Resilient seated gate valves used for drinking water is used in tap water transportation master pipeline and each domestic water pipelines, the valve body, using green environmental protection non-toxic epoxy for coating, can prevent the body from corrosion and rust, the surface inside and outside of the gate plant adopts non-toxic food rubber for fully coating, and the water can be drunk unboiled.
For a long term, the existing gate valves on the market generally have leaking or rusty phenomena. But the non-rising stem lock gate valves for drinking water produced by our factory ,introducing European high-tech rubber and valve manufacturing technology, solve the problems in general gate valves such as leakage, rusting, elastic fatigue, rubber aging, etc. Soft-sealing gate valves is the replacement products of the traditional gate valves , whose disc is rubber packed to get excellent sealing effect by the rubber's resilient deformation.
